These terms of service govern your use of prescottghosttour.com, operated by Freaky Foot Tours (Freaky Flagstaff Foottours, LLC).
The Tour
The Downtown Prescott Haunted History Tour is an outdoor walking tour covering approximately 1 mile over 90 minutes through downtown Prescott, Arizona. The tour visits 14 haunted landmarks. No buildings are entered during the tour.
Weather Policy
Tours run rain or shine. Prescott sits at 5,300 feet elevation, and weather conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately. Layers and a jacket are recommended year-round.
Cancellation Policy
- 72+ hours before tour: full refund
- 24 to 72 hours before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before tour: no refund
Age Restriction
The tour is not suitable for children under 7. Content is PG-13: historical storytelling with an eerie, atmospheric tone. No jump scares, strobe lights, or fog machines.
Booking
All bookings and payments are processed through Peek. By completing a booking, you agree to Peek's terms of service and payment policies.
Assumption of Risk
The Downtown Prescott Haunted History Tour is an outdoor walking activity on public sidewalks. Guests participate at their own risk. Freaky Foot Tours is not responsible for injuries resulting from uneven sidewalks, weather conditions, or personal health conditions. Guests with mobility concerns should review our accessibility page or contact us before booking.
