Can't pick? Locals don't. The two walks were built to fit together. Take the History Tour at 10 AM and learn how the town was built, spend the afternoon on Whiskey Row, then come back to the very same corner at 7 PM and meet the people who never left. Same team, same Rough Rider statue, two completely different stories. Book both above.

Prescott Was Arizona's Capital Before Phoenix Was a Grid on a Map
People come for the antique shops and craft cocktails. They have no idea what happened on these streets. Before Prescott became a charming mountain town, it was a rough-and-tumble territorial capital full of saloons, ambition, and people who did not always play by the rules.
Whiskey Row burned to the ground in the Great Fire of 1900. Doc Holliday drank at the Palace Saloon, Arizona's oldest bar, pouring since 1884. Fortunes were made and lost overnight. Some of the people who lived it, it turns out, never really left.
Two ways to walk all of it. In daylight, the history. After dark, the haunts.
Told Right, Because These Stories Deserve It
Same team. Different stories. History by day, haunts by night.
Originally researched, never recycled
Every story comes from archives, court records, old newspaper clippings, and first-person accounts. No scripts. No recycled Wikipedia pages. Just real history, told right where it happened.
Storytellers, not script readers
Our guides do not recite. They internalize the research and bring it to life with their own curiosity and style. Shane Harding leads every daytime History Tour, a local historian who has run hundreds of walks.
Two neighborhoods, two moods
By day, the History Tour connects the wild frontier of Whiskey Row to the elegant Nob Hill Victorian mansions, where no other tour goes. By night, the Ghost Tour walks 14 haunted landmarks, from the Palace Saloon to the Hotel Vendome.
