We Tell Prescott's Stories Because They Deserve to Be Told Right.
The Story
Freaky Foot Tours started in Flagstaff in 2015. A mother and son with less than $150 and five generations of Arizona roots. The idea was simple: tell the stories that deserve to be told, the ones buried in court records and old newspaper clippings, the ones that locals whisper about but no one puts on a brochure.
Over a decade later, FFT operates in three Arizona cities with 1,600+ reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator, and GetYourGuide. Best of Flagstaff three consecutive years. Featured on Travel Channel's The Dead Files. The growth wasn't planned. People kept asking for more cities, more tours, more stories.
"Bill was very knowledgeable in the entire Prescott area plus shared many stories from the area and afar."Larry H, TripAdvisor, May 2026
The Prescott tour wasn't a template dropped into a new zip code. It was built from scratch because this town's history demanded its own tour: different stops, different stories, different guides. Prescott is older, rougher, and more politically charged than Flagstaff. Arizona's first territorial capital. Whiskey Row. The Great Fire. The people who built this town and the ones who never left.
Not a franchise. Not a corporate outfit. A team that knows these streets and the people who haunt them.

Why Prescott
The Prescott tour was built from scratch for this town. Not a franchise template. Not Flagstaff's tour with the city name swapped. The stories are originally researched from archival sources: court records, old newspaper clippings, first-person accounts from the town's territorial days. Every stop on this tour is grounded in Prescott's own history.
The Approach
The Research
Originally sourced from archives. Not scripts someone Googled overnight. Real history from a town that was Arizona's first capital.
The Guides
Trained storytellers, not script readers. Southwestern Gothic dress code. Each guide brings the research to life with their own curiosity and style.
The Experience
No buildings entered. No jump scares. Just 14 haunted landmarks, real history, and 90 minutes of stories you won't hear anywhere else.
What Makes FFT Different
Original Research
Not Googled scripts. Archival research. Primary sources from Prescott's territorial archives.
Trained Storytellers
Not script readers. Guides who internalize the research and bring it to life.
History First
The haunting IS the history. PG-13 atmospheric, grounded in real events.
Community Rooted
Over 10 years in Arizona. Five generations of family roots. Not a franchise outpost.
The stories are real. The guides are ready. The only question is when.
